Chocolate Games Ideas
You do not need to be a child to enjoy chocolate, or for that matter chocolate games. Chocolate games are simply delicious excuses to eat more chocolate and have an entertaining time in the bargain.
Chocolate-Opoly
There are chocolate editions of all the most popular
board games, including monopoly, scrabble and even a
poker set. The monopoly game is particularly
intriguing with wrapped chocolates taking the place
of houses and hotels.
Chocopoly as some call it, can be a great fin game and great for enjoying a chocolate night in with your partner and friends. This is not easy to find in shops but can be bought from some sellers online.
Chocolate Poker
The poker version has chocolate chips, pun not intended. The betting chips are made of chocolate, whilst the cards are a standard playing set. Chocolate games form great entertainment at parties where a bowl of M&Ms or Smartees are put in the middle of the table, along with a pair of chopsticks. There is a pile of ill-assorted garments placed in a heap near the bowl. The players are seated around these centrepieces and given a pair of dice to roll. Whoever rolls a double gets to put on the clothes, and try and eat as many of the chocolate bits as possible, using only the chopsticks. The rolling continues among the other players, until someone else rolls a double.
Chocolate Chess
A personal favourite chocolate game is chocolate chess. Here the pieces are crafted out of white and milk chocolate, representing the white and black sides respectively. When one player beats the other, the piece is eaten. The board is also made of chocolate and can be eaten later on by the players. Chess has never been so much fun before.
There is a Russian roulette version in chocolate, not a bit dangerous, but quite as exciting. Two kinds of chocolate are put in a bag, chilli flavoured chocolate and the normal kind. When the dice is rolled to a double, the player dips their hand into the bag and pulls a bit of chocolate and eats it. For the player’s sake, it hopefully is the normal chocolate, and not the chilli favoured one.
A traditional chocolate game that has been around for decades is the piñata. A papier mache shell with small wrapped chocolate and confetti filling its interior is suspended at a certain height. Players take it turns to smack the piñata with bats or sticks, attempting to crack the shell. Once the piñata is broken, the chocolates and confetti cascade onto the players, only to be eaten in the melee that ensues!
A definitely adult chocolate game can be played to create excitement in the bedroom, as chocolate is considered to be an aphrodisiac. Imagination is a key factor in these games, and is wholly specific to the couple in question.
