Not perhaps talked about in
the same way that Swiss and Belgian chocolates
are, America (USA) is still a huge market
and chocolate sales in the United States
are massive the U.S. is a very big consumer
country for this food item. We are talking
several billion dollars worth of sales each
year and this food item comes in many forms
in the United States.
Called biscuits in England,
cookies are a popular food item and chocolate
chip cookies are a common  site
in many cafes and other eatiers in cities
from NYC to San Fransisco. In the U.S. expect
to see our favourite food stuff included
in Cookies, Muffins and Ice-cream.
Apart from consumption, USA also acts a
country with one of the worlds leading companies
in the Hershey
company. Hershey's produce a number of
well known bars and if you have spent time
in the USA then Hershey products you might
have seen in shops include:
- Ice Breakers
- Cacao Reserve
- Kit Kat
- Reese's
- and the Hershey's bar itself.
Hershey have a number of shops in major
cities in the US and Time Square, NYC, is
one of those locations if you are interested
to pop into one of their stores. The company
were originally founded by Milton S. Hershey
in the 1800s and has since turned into a
chocolate company with over ten thousand
employees and billions in sales each year.

you can visit the Hershey Museum in Pennsylvania
state.
